Position Description: We are seeking a creative, technically minded, and self-motivated Senior Salesforce Developer (100% Remote - US Based) to join our CGI team!

You will be part of our team in providing managed services for our commercial client who is located in Seattle, WA!

Take ownership of the Salesforce application design, configuration, development, customization, and maintenance for one Salesforce production organization.

Work closely with key collaborators to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve the optimal solution.

Looking for you to be hands-on in terms of client engagement and technology implementation. Your future duties and responsibilities:• Support ongoing Salesforce projects, improvements and overall system maintenance• Works under the direction of the Senior Salesforce Consultant and with project collaborators to support any application development or configuration needs from the business• Applies industry standard methodologies to develop, and deploy customized applications and mobile solutions on the Salesforce platform• Possesses a full grasp of the project lifecycle while having a main focus on development and implementation• Administer, customize, and configure Salesforce features including but not limited to Profiles, Roles, Users, Page• Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions to meet Client's objectives - as needed• Coordinate with offshore on development activities• Driving deployments and releases

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: As a self-starter, highly motivated with good communication skills, having strong analytic and debugging skills, we would also like you to have:• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer involved in implementation projects• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and their functionalities• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Components implementation• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex Framework, Visual Force, Flows and Process Builder components implementation• Hands-on experience in using Source Control and Release Management (CI/CD) processes for Salesforce platform using industry standard tools such as Git/Bitbucket/GearSet/ChangeSet etc.• Experience in performing technical requirement analysis from User Stories / Business Requirements• Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas• Understanding of Agile and SCRUM• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines• Ability to take end to end ownership of the Salesforce and work closely with key collaborators to understand the business and technical requirements go achieve optimal solution• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with standard methodologies

Desired Skills:• Understanding of Salesforce Architecture Best Practices• Experience with using Gearset• Experience with Salesforce CPQ is preferred

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000 - $146,900."
