Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
Delivers informational or technical materials.
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
Develops and deploys localized training content.
Embraces global and cultural diversity and builds positive relationships.
Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 + years of experience with developing plans and supporting employee related activities and initiatives (all manager meetings; all-team meetings, employee survey action plans etc.).
3 + years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
3 + years of experience composting documents in Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3 years interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership.
3 years' experience creating executive level briefings.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized.
Typical Education & Experience:Senior (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
