The role reports to Senior Director of Impact Investing.The Senior Sustainability Finance Manager will partner with several stakeholders including Environmental Sustainability, business groups & their finance partners, Corporate Accounting, Tax, and Treasury as well as external advisers and companies.Responsibilities
Develop and consult on multi-year investment and financial models; recommend high impact strategies to ensure sustainable long-term financial decisions
Partner with finance partners, engineering, and supply chain to support and build an aligned cross-company cost efficiency plans, establishing committed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), understanding product and sustainability implications, and providing periodic progress updates
Conduct financial analysis and provide deep business insights into the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Operational Expenses (OPEX), and Capital Expense (CAPEX) performance and attainment of sustainability outcomes
Develop and drive consistent Return on Investment (ROI) framework across company for proposed cost efficiency investments for sustainability
Provide key insights on business and sustainability health trends across inter-organizational finance and engineering leadership teams for effective decision making
QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and financial modeling skills are key for success in this role
Ability to manage numerous models, scorecards, and transactions end-to-end while quickly managing through ambiguity
Business partnering experience, collaborative and inclusive when working with others
Demonstrated ability to create clarity, collaborate, be inclusive, and be a curious learner
Ability to simplify complex information and financial analysis and insights through highly effective written and oral communication skills for all audience levels

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
