Service Advisor

satisfaction, we are currently seeking a Service Advisor.

Our Service Advisors assist in delivering remarkable experiences to our customers and are responsible to

provide intake, consultation and advice regarding service and maintenance to our customers. Providing

accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.

Maintain service scheduling on a accurate, continuous basis. Properly and thoroughly print repair orders

with the best information for the technicians as possible. Follow company policies as it pertains to

completing repair order information to assist technicians and sales associates.

Stay in contact with service customers by phone or text to explain all repairs and charges in detail.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience with service writing but willing to train a candidate with a good

customer service background.

valid drivers license with a clean driving record

ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

We offer competitive hourly pay as well as commission on labor sales
