This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and quickly growing business segment within Amazon, solving complex problems and bringing big ideas to life for our customers.As a Service Engagement Manager on AB Services’ Customer Enablement team, you'll be responsible for the continued success of Service Engagements, performing Account Management functions for our largest and most strategic AB customers, working across Sales, Operations, and Program teams to monitor and manage service execution, field escalations, and support the launch and growth of new locations. This high visibility role will require regular communication with senior leaders, collaboration with tech and non-tech teams, and influence on partner team's operations.This role can be based in Seattle, San Francisco, Austin, or New York City.#ReinventRetailKey job responsibilities· Become a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Business Services solutions· Retain and grow revenue from Services customers.· Drive regular business reviews based on overall customer goals and objectives· Evaluate success metrics and drive Service performance for Customers· Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term Services strategy· Deliver the highest level of customer service to our customers through change management and response to both new opportunities and customer escalationsAbout the teamYou will be part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of the customer lifecycle for AB Services - working with new technologies that improve usability and increase performance and scalability. You will help redefine normal for this segment of the market, and bring structure to an ambiguous space. 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights

The base pay for this position ranges from $52,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $127,000/year in our highest geographic market.
