Service Now Business Analyst

Job Title: Service Now Business AnalystDuration: 12+ MonthsLocation: Bellevue (2 Months Remote )

• ServiceNow implementer certifications is desired
• ServiceNow Administrator certification is desired
• 5 years of people and client management experience in a consultative environment
• ServiceNow Product Owner certification is strongly desired
• 3 years of experience with Agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe
• Able to prove Strong experience as CMDB Business Analysts
• Experience with troubleshooting customer issues, tickets and experience with creating stories for Agile sprints.
• Advanced proficiency with user Agile story definition, acceptance criteria writing in addition to facilitating effective refinement sessions
• Proven experience managing CMDB product backlogs
• Ability to help clients with strategic vision definition and alignment
• Must be curious to learn client’s business quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert level knowledge on the ServiceNow CMDB and CIs.
• Should understand CMDB Integrations with other ServiceNOw modules and relationships.
• Understand ServiceNow CI class, attribute, and relationship properties for all CIs.
• Translate customer requirements into stories and acceptance criteria and work with the development team or able to take on the development role when needed.
• Real world work experience with ServiceNow CMDB tables, relationships and CSDM data model.
• ServiceNow Configuration Management CI Librarian skillsets/experience is required
• The Configuration Librarian is the custodian and guardian of all master copies of software, hardware, virtual and documentation CIs registered with Configuration Management.
