Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are currently seeking a Service Repairs Specialist to support our Special Projects and Services group in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will receive quote requests from service technicians and coordinate repairs with customers, vendors, and technicians.In this role, your day-to-day will consist of:

Receiving quote requests from service technicians in the field.

· Estimating, quoting, and customer follow-up.

· Project management-style responsibilities, including tracking parts and inventory.

· Hands-on role in the shop in Spokane, handling inventory parts.

What we’d like to see from you:

·Must be able to handle high-volume workload.

·Strong multitasking skills, managing field requests and customer interactions.

·Ability to process information quickly and relay it to customers.

·College degree or equivalent work experience.

·2-5 years prior related work experience preferred.

·Ability to understand technical information required.

Base pay information is based on market location.
