We’re currently seeking full-time Service Technicians to join our Whatcom County team. While trade experience is valuable, we’re primarily looking for individuals who bring a strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine and emergency service on dairy equipment, including vacuum and compressed air systems, robotics, and conventional milking automation, refrigeration, and wash systems

Install and troubleshoot milking systems and related components

Communicate with customers to assess service needs and deliver timely, professional support

Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid work ethic

Sharp problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn on the job

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Dairy or agricultural experience is helpful, but not required

Flexibility to work weekends or after-hours, split between the team to cover emergency calls

Bilingual abilities are a plus and valued in our customer service
