SERVICE TECH TECHNICIAN & PARTS APPAREL POWERSPORTS DEALERSHIP

Seeking an A level Powersports Technician to join our team at Clem’s Enumclaw Powersports in Enumclaw Washington. We’re looking for an experienced Service Technician who takes pride in quality work. The ideal candidate has extensive background in diagnostics and electrical. Previous work in powersports, automotive, perhaps the diesel industry is required to be a candidate. This position is available immediately.

Key Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems specific to powersports vehicles (ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, etc.).

Able to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues, using diagnostic tools.

Candidates should need minimal training to work independently and productively after initial training at the dealership.

Positive friendly outlook, we have a great, friendly, helping crew with no drama. Our crew needs another technician as we are busy 12 months a year!

Work schedule will be premium! Monday through Friday. 40hrs a week. Saturday & Sunday off.

Compensation & Work Environment

Hourly employee, (no commission rate!) rate of pay will be dependent on experience and skill level; Expect to bring home 55 to 75k+ a year, benefits include (and not limited too) paid time off accrual begins immediately 40 hours by 1st anniversary date, and employee discounts. Busy year round!

Techs work in AC in the summer and Heated garage in the winter.
