Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Vacuum Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and light maintenance of vacuum products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right vacuum products based on their needs.

- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries about vacuums, accessories, and repairs.

- Assist with basic troubleshooting of vacuum-related issues.

- Perform light maintenance on vacuum cleaners (e.g., replacing filters or belts).

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.

- Help with the intake and processing of vacuum repairs.

- Collaborate with the owner to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Willingness to learn about vacuum repairs and parts.

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

- Mechanical background recommended.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lift and move vacuum units (up to 35 lbs).

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

- Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
