Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for carpentry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including home renovations, custom builds, exterior decks/projects and intricate woodwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and execute blueprints, drawings, and sketches.

Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials.

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures.

Ensure projects meet building codes and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.

Communicate effectively and positively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a professional carpenter.

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction materials.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or degree in carpentry or a related field.

Experience with a wide range of tools and equipment.
