Skylight Production / Skylight Glazing (Everett)

CrystaLite is a Northwest Washington manufacturer of high quality skylights, roof glazing, sunrooms, and railing systems.

We are in need of a motivated worker to assist in production of our skylight products.

This position is responsible for installing glass units into skylight frames with precision and care. This hands-on role involves handling insulated glass, applying sealants, and ensuring proper fit and finish within our fabrication process. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and able to follow production procedures and safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and comfort with power tools

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (tape, calipers, squares)

Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
