Summary

We are seeking a Small Engine Technician to join our team at Issaquah Honda Kubota. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining small engines and outdoor power equipment, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair small engines and outdoor power equipment efficiently.

Perform routine maintenance on various types of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

Collaborate with team members to improve shop operations and service delivery.

Assist in sales of parts and equipment when necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Small Engine Technician or similar role.

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in engine repair.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues effectively.

Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.

Familiarity with generator repair is highly preferred.

Welding skills are a plus but not required.
