Smart Building SME/Project Manager

Job description. Acts as the subject matter expert on all issues related smart building DT sub system like Parking Management, KIOSK, Space Management , BMS, AQS, Smart Lighting etc. Very Good Project Management skill and preparing reports as needed by customer Independently lead and manage building DT commissioning Acts as the technical liaison between the company and the customer, is involved in system installation, testing, and verification Defines, designs, plans, schedules and assists in execution of validation work, including but not limited to: Site Acceptance Tests, Validation Protocols , Data points validation , UAT , Experience etc. Provides consultative services to internal and external customers regarding validation-related topics Coordinates work with the onsite DT system supplier and customer to ensure DT requirements are met while project schedules and cost estimates are maintained. Assists in resolving project delays, changes and contractor disruptions Authors and secures customer approval on all validation-related documentation to include: DT Functional requirement , UAT, checklist, test reports, Technical Evaluations, Initial System Assessments, Standard Operating Procedures, summary reports, etc. Reviewing system controls sequences and participating in meetings to clarify and improve them. Performing construction site visits to identify and document discrepancies, including generating site visit reports summarizing each visit through all project phases Writing system-specific functional performance test scripts from design control sequences. Performing, documenting and troubleshooting integrated system tests. Generating and maintaining Commissioning Issues Reports with a focus on expediting issues resolution. Verifying equipment and system start-up work, and supporting documentation. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in all situations by being a proficient writer who can concisely communicate and manage information throughout all the project stakeholder. Should have hand on experiences on commissioning tools of BMS, FAS, ACS, PAS etc. Having certifications will be added advantage Ability to understand MEP needs, Building drawings, floor plans Experience in any of the cloud technology & IoT Services (Preferably Microsoft Azure)
