Social Media specialist

Looking for a social media specialist. Would like for them to be able to do the following for three accounts:

- strategy, content calendar, storyboarding, assistance planning shot lists, running ads, help shooting videos and photos, editing, posting, developing and targeting audiences with promoted posts/ads, staying up to date on trends, funnels, newsletters.

Main platforms will be: FB/IG, YouTube, and TikTok.
