Sourcing Recruiter Everett, WA 3-6+ Months Onsite role The temp is required to be vaccinated and meet Community Transit COVID 19 Policies REQUIREMENT: Proven 3+ year work experience in Talent Sourcing or a similar role. Demonstrated experience with enterprise sourcing strategies. Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively. Outstanding time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required. Proactive decision-making abilities. Projects and functions to be performed: Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc). Identify and create talent pools within our ATS for future hiring needs. Draft and send recruiting emails to the desired candidates. Collaborate with recruiters to determine position requirements and timing. Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
