Provide Technical recommendations and guidance
Experienced Splunk developer to guide in building reports and dashboards for different internal groups
Design and implement modern, dynamic solutions for our various Business Units
Direct in designing efficient and reusable reports and dashboards to integrate multiple business and mission applications health, performance and operational data systems into Splunk
Support customer efforts by collecting requirements, then proceed to design and implementation phases
Enhance and execute the enterprise Splunk ingestion processes including capacity planning, infrastructure and functional impact analysis
Provide Splunk operational troubleshooting support and assist with complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
Identify bad searches/dashboards and help to improve performance
Monitor the Splunk infrastructure for capacity planning and optimization
Manage Splunk Center of Excellence and Vulnerability requirements
Recommend software products and tools for technical support services
Lead in performing a wide range of technical analyses to ensure that Splunk meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
Recommend changes for Splunk coding requirements and business processes
Ensure that defining and documenting software installation and configuration processes are performed
Lead the project management
QualificationsQualificationsExperience of Agile methodology / DevOps
Experience in Vulnerability Management
Application development methodologies
Extensive Database experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle
Experience with automation and automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell/Python
Extensive understanding of the network, including transmission protocols, Firewall rules, VDI and response time
Extensive Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix operating systems including Windows IIS admin/or Apache Tomcat
Extensive knowledge of Applications and Technologies
Possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, & communication skills
Required ExperienceRequires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one area.
Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
Requires 10 years minimum prior relevant experience.
