Role: Sr. Account Delivery Manager / Director of Service Delivery Location: Redmond, WA Duration: Full Time Job Description Be a part of a growing team that works for a World's Leading Digital Consulting and Technology Services firm. You will be responsible for managing delivery of a significant client engagement, or at multiple client engagements, to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions. You will support the clients as well as the delivery team to ensure quality on-time delivery in a Hi-Tech account. Job Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable working with clients to provide measurable business value.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives/projects in a large, complex, and very high-paced Agile environment.
  • Provisioning of functional, technical, and process leadership and collaborating with support teams involved in the delivery process for the client.
  • Enjoy working with geographically dispersed teams to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Ensure effective project ownership, communication, coordination, and facilitation of tasks and activities.
  • Identify and effectively manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and ensure mitigation of all project challenges.
  • Collaborate with various support teams such as HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Project Leads and liaise between technical and business teams.
  • Lead project onboarding, defining deliverables, solutions, timelines, budget, and reporting for various functions.
  • Experience with DevOps, Security, and Compliance, Quality Assurance is advantageous.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities with the sales team to help in framing technology solutions, preparing proposal responses, estimating work effort, and creating team structures.
  • Participate in continuous process improvements to ensure service delivery excellence.
Job Requirements:
  • Five to 10 years of Consulting experience (managed service projects as well as staffing) as a Service Delivery Manager, preferably from a top-tier technology service firm.
  • Technical background in Engineering and Digital platforms.
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery of custom as well as packaged enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodology.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Stack, People management, and Program management.
  • Ability to manage client expectations, manage issues, identify and mitigate risks and handle client escalations.
  • Deep experience in project management activities including managing project plans, managing resources, scope, schedule, budget, and regular status reporting.
  • Experienced in managing and nurturing executive-level client relationships.
  • Experience with proposal and SOW creation, including estimation and team sizing.
  • Experience in pre-sales support (RFP response, proposals, orals, etc.).
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and finances.
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
