• Manage multidisciplinary engineering team inclusive of hardware, firmware, quality and mechanical engineering.
• Set work priorities for team and manage staff & contractors.
• Demonstrate ownership over various hardware platforms, acting as subject matter expert.
• Work closely with development leads and other engineers to gather requirements, prioritize development & deliver business value.
• Support legacy products and production support as needed, troubleshooting to identify and remedy any quality issues, and implement manufacturability and supply chain improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics hardware and product design- leading from inception to completion
• Experience with RF, ideally at sub-GHz frequencies.
• Experience with PCB layout, fabrication, and assembly processes

• Experience in electrical hardware and/or product design of consumer goods
• Experience with circuit design & layout, preferably with Altium.
• Experience with management of firmware development
