Our Last Mile Delivery technology division builds software and product solutions that work across our vendors, delivery stations and carriers to optimize both time & cost of getting packages into the hands of our customers. This remains a fast-growing business, and our technical journey has only started. With rapid expansion into new geographies, unique delivery models for products ranging from Fresh groceries to big-screen TV’s, and growing number of shipments worldwide, we will need innovative solutions to scale and meet these opportunities.We are looking for an experienced, high impact HRBP to be based in Bellevue, Washington. As an HRBP, you will partner with your business leaders to establish and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development for these teams. The HR Business Partner serves as a liaison between the business line and HR to assess human resources needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development and management development, and competency development. To be successful, you must understand the business units you are supporting. The role will require the ability to establish HR priorities and operating mechanisms to drive change. You'll need excellent communication skills especially writing skills, strategic thinking and planning ability, analytical and program management skills, and the agility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.Job responsibilities: Work with leaders and org HR leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential Use your analytical skills and strong writing abilities to interpret data and provide monthly and quarterly reviews to the business.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USABasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field5-7 years of HR experience, 3 years+ in HRBP type of rolePreferred QualificationsAbility to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve resultsStrong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiativeDemonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectivenessExperience working in an entrepreneurial environment with strong multitasking skillsExperience in OD or other HR functions will be a good plusSHRM certificationExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; High quality document and report preparationMaster's degreeAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
