Description:Onsite 5days a week working in a laboratory and shift is 8a.m. to 4p.m. for a 8 month contract. Contribute to new product success by leading and executing projects through exploration and creation of new innovations and ingredient technology, in coordination with other stakeholders within and outside the team Manage multiple projects simultaneously, across platforms or channels with some guidance, ensuring that briefs deliver to the strategy and that concepts meet the briefs Utilize business and customer insights to generate cost savings and ingredient supply continuity that ties to broader strategy and company goals Communicate cross-functionally and with leadership to advance recommendations and use storytelling to present concepts and ideas Manage manufacturing trials from pilot through scale up, commercialization and launch at supplier manufacturing facilities. Apply your technical knowledge and project learnings to write plant trial protocol and product specifications, seeking guidance when needed.Skills:Food science, Product development process, Laboratory, Gmp, R&d, Flavors, statistical analysis, sensory, manufacturing, Microbiology, Chemistry, Product development life cycle, Research & development, Food manufacturingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of food and beverage technology, ingredient functionalities, chemistry, or engineering including processing and manufacturing Understanding of beverage ingredients such as sauces, syrups, dry mixes, dairy, aseptic, toppings.
