DescriptionThe Amazon B2B Payments & Lending team aims to offer Amazon business customer Earth’s best payments and lending experience. This means creating trusted, convenient and frictionless products spanning credit card products, lending and invoicing solutions.Pricing and product selection is a key differentiator for our customers, therefore industry benchmarking, price positioning, monitoring and evaluation are key responsibilities for this position. The senior product leader will lead defining, building and delivering pricing and selection strategies for all countries, making sure that we earn long term customer trust by offering the best prices and selection to B2B customers.We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The successful candidate has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, outstanding business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit.Key job responsibilities

Product and country level benchmarking, price positioning, profit analysis leading to overall rate structure and pricing strategy vision for the spot segment

Lead new demand opportunity assessment/pricing strategy with a focus on systematic adjustments

Own metric creation, selection and pricing performance (generally via Pricing-specific monthly and quarterly business reviews). Audit pricing initiatives to ensure we remain competitive.

Deep dive into large data sets to answer key business questions using SQL, Excel, and other data management systems. Perform complex data research to identify opportunities to optimize pricing and selection

Communicate complex insights to stakeholders, both verbally, in writing and through visualization and dashboards

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering

10+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

5+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience

Experience leading cross-functional projects with business and technical teams

Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

Experience launching (A/B) Price tests, e-Commerce weblabs, hypothesis analysis and developing decision tree frameworks.

Experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tools and SAS/R/Python or similar statistical tools

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent

Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment

Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Ability to solve complex problems quantitatively and develop clear, data-driven business recommendations

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
