If you do, then the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Inventory Optimization team is looking for you.The FBA Inventory Optimization team plays a critical role in helping Sellers optimize their inventory in the Amazon Fulfillment network (AFN). Within the broader team, our group specializes in building solutions that enable FBA Sellers to improve the sell-through and value of their excess inventory.We are seeking a passionate, world-class leader to drive the go to market strategy for Amazon Outlet, which aims to offer the largest selection of trust-worthy high discount products to bargain seeking consumers throughout their shopping journey on Amazon and to create the most cost-effective, easy to use channel for FBA Sellers to sell-through their excess inventory within AFN.Key job responsibilitiesThis role will direct the strategic execution of team priorities, including defining the brand strategy, value proposition, and customer segmentation. In this role, you will work with marketing channel owners to develop engaging go to market strategies and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness of our Outlet program with selling partners and to drive traffic to our Outlet store with consumers.This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner with and collaborate effectively with multiple groups within Amazon. This individual will have a high level of comfort navigating ambiguity, the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires working backwards from our customers, applying innovative thinking, and diving deep to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USABasic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
