Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to drive our Amazon Business Payments and Lending (ABPL) fraud management program. The candidate will be responsible to optimizing and scaling our existing fraud prevention capabilities, mechanisms, and processes and will work across business, product, payments, machine learning, operations, policy, and legal teams.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast paced, technical, and high energy environment. They are critical thinkers, analytical, innovative, and resourceful with a history of solving complex and ambiguous problems. As this is a global and cross-functional role, the candidate will leverage their program and stakeholder management skillsets to define strategies, influence leaders and stakeholders, and collaborate with partner teams to execute a plan.Key job responsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:-Own KPIs that measure fraud management performance and efficiencies.-Perform end to end evaluation identify customer friction issues, operational defects, and scaling challenges (both system and operational).-Own and develop policies, processes, and implement them across global teams.-Contribute to the overall fraud management and product development strategies.Present key learnings and vision to stakeholders and leadership.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Fraud or risk management experience.

The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
