DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Healthcare Risk Manager, Compliance Operations to join us on our journey to revolutionize healthcare accessibility. Our mission is to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy. The role will own several critical compliance operations initiatives, including managing key programs across our bar-raising 7-Elements of an effective healthcare program. Responsibilities include overseeing hotlines and investigations, supporting One Medical integration opportunities, and further developing our proactive compliance program.A successful candidate in this role will be a self-starter who is passionate about healthcare compliance and building out this function. This person should be able to earn trust and effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including pharmacy operations, legal, and internal audit teams. 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
Experience developing and implementing of standards, policies and programs or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
Master's degree or equivalent

The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
