You will partner with engineering managers on delivery and best practices to ensure sprints are aligned with deliverables. You will on regular basis participate in strategic planning, brainstorm improvements, and work to uphold the quality bar across the organization. One of the core responsibility in this role is to build software delivery roadmap, identify external and internal dependencies, communicate status and blockers to senior leadership at a regular cadence. Meeting with stakeholders regularly to ensure solutions are meeting the needs of the business is expected in this role. We rely on your best-of-class organizational skills to ensure no stone goes unturned and no deliverable is left untracked.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Redmond, WA, USABasic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field

5+ years of technical program management experience

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

3+ years of software development experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Strong understanding of software development, and its relationships with other engineering disciplines (such as firmware, electrical engineering, controls)

Understanding of software/coding (e.g., C, C, Python) and configuration management systems (e.g., Git)

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field

7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software) on time, to scope, with high quality

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience defining Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
