Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agency (Insurance Experience Required)

Location: Gig Harbor

A local State Farm agency is seeking a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Full-time preferable, but would consider part-time.

Requirements:

Prior experience in an insurance office (State Farm experience a plus)

Must have active P&C license, with Life license also beneficial

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with policy changes, billing, and coverage questions

Support the agency with administrative tasks and client follow-up

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience.
