Store Director Trainee

Leadership & Team Support: Supervise and train team members to ensure excellent performance and assign duties accordingly. Assist in career development and performance management, including corrective actions for all team members.

Team Player: Promote and maintain a highly motivated, dedicated and committed team.

Exemplary Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and provide the adventurous customer service that Maverik prides itself on.

Safety and Regulations: Ensure Compliance with safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and applicable laws while inspecting facilities and equipment.

3 years+ of supervisory experience (preferred).

Physical Requirements

The job requires repetitive standing, walking, handling, and reaching horizontally. It also involves frequent reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. (All activities could have up to 50lbs involved).

Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
