Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, your primary focus will be supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central HRIS and the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HR applications.
You will leverage your HR systems and business process expertise as the liaison between the HR Centers of Excellence and the company Technology teams.
You will act as a trusted advisor and key stakeholder for the projects and initiatives that support company HR priorities.
You will work with IT to troubleshoot production issues and to deliver systems enhancements through requirements gathering and refinement, collaborative solution design, testing and validation.
Daily Responsibilities:
Assist with identifying, designing, and implementing new system functionality and improvements to existing systems. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with technology to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions; while coordinating user acceptance testing and business validation; and communicating changes to impacted stakeholders.
Create, modify, and deliver reports and data extracts in accordance with data governance and security requirements to support business operations.
Act as contact for end users with system issues or problems. You will be responsible to identify, troubleshoot and track software and process issues to ensure resolution and keep systems operational.
Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
Manage and coordinate aspects of small solution deliveries, internal projects, and process improvements including change management and training.
Document processes clearly and thoroughly, and train others on these processes.
Entering acceptance criteria, responsible for a lot of test planning, collaboration, execution or business user acceptance testing
Highly interactive with other teams and individuals.
