Description$3,000 Hiring Bonus for qualified external hires.The PACE Operations Supervisor assists PACE Operations Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating overall functions and program activities as delegated by the Chief, Providence ElderPlace Seattle. This position supports the PACE Operations Site Manager in comprehensive population management of PACE (Program-of-All-Inclusive-Care for the Elderly) participants including, quality, service, utilization and financial outcomes.Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Bachelor's Degree Social work, Business administration, or a health related field. Or equivalent educ/experience.

upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

2 years Experience in operations, including staff supervision and budgeting; including at least one year experience working with the elderly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree - Social work, Business Administration, or at health related field or equivalent educ/experience.

1 year - Experience in care management, population management and/or evidenced-based clinical care.

Experience with team-building and interpersonal conflict management.
