Must have experience in analyzing, purchasing and controlling inventory planning for many ingredients, supplies and other materials and always be looking to improve pricing and quality of all items. This position is a key part of operations management. Experience

• Must have progressive experience in managing the supply chain and inventory analytics and processes
• Must be able to work with team members across multiple departments to gather and present accurate information. Must also be able to deal with multiple projects, vendors, and other groups to make sure company is purchasing the best quality and best priced items possible
• Experience at receiving and manianting large numbers of items in both raw material and finished goods inventories
• Excel and MSFT Office skills are a must. Good communication skills also important.
• Food industry experience is a plus.
