With this growing network, the Vendor Flex Transportation (VFT) Team is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own the strategy and optimization of our Customer Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the overall customer experience by closely partnering with our Operations Team and Carrier Partners. You will own the primary metrics on delivery experience and on-time shipping to ensure that we provide a high level of on time shipments to our customers. Along with performance management, you will also be responsible for the strategy and optimization for our scheduling and trailer availability for VFT while focusing on new initiatives that drive overall improvements to the customer experience.Key job responsibilities

Own the customer experience strategy and optimization for Vendor Flex Transportation.

Partner with Operations and carriers to root cause and solve shipment performance related issues.

Own the Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA) and On-Time Shipping (OTS) Metrics for VFT

Identify process optimization opportunities within scheduling and trailer availability to provide high level of outbound availability for operations.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience

5+ years of supply chain experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
