RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Support Analyst Lead to join their IT Operations team. An ideal candidate will have a wide range of IT knowledge and experience and world class customer support skills along with team management capabilities. In this role, the Support Analyst Lead will support a game studio as part of the Operations team working in partnership with client stakeholders to manage a team responsible for incident response. Responsibilities: Contributing to technical discussions, architectural innovations and optimization and suggest engineering work to make it better Contribute to maturing learning system Document incident response path and root cause analysis in partnership with stakeholder and engineering team to concept and plan process guides Driving ticket resolution as needed and monitoring team's bandwidth as shifts or capacity challenges arise Responsible for team's resolution of ticket management, troubleshooting and escalations as needed and driving future resolutions Helping with career growth and team management in collaboration with stakeholders Team administration and logistics ownership

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
