Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a Sustainability Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in Seattle, WA or Cambridge, MA.As a part of the Sustainability and Future Mobility team, you'll help amplify the impact of the Boeing Cascade Climate Impact Model by performing analysis of trends in decarbonizing aviation, generating original insights, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to advance the use of Cascade. By joining this cross-functional team of engineers, software developers, designers, and analysts, you'll do important work to help the aviation industry find viable pathways to net-zero carbon emissions.Position Responsibilities:

Conduct analysis and research on current trends and progress on decarbonizing aviation, including aircraft, operations, alternative fuels, and carbon removals.

Author articles summarizing the latest findings from research into sustainable aviation.

Develop future scenarios for aviation emissions based on potential developments in technology, policy, and economic factors in aviation and other sectors.

Support the collection of feedback from Cascade users, and synthesize feedback into actionable requirements for the development team

Support execution of the Cascade engagement strategy, including training internal and external partners on how to use Cascade.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

3+ years of sustainability work experience

3+ years of experience with organization, project management, presentation skills, team mentality, and quickly assessing priorities

3+ years of experience with synthesizing and aggregating data and communicating effectively

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Masters or other relevant advanced degree or certification, including without limitation

Experience performing analysis and authoring articles on the topics of decarbonization, transportation, energy, etc.

Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

Understanding of aviation industry sustainability goals and activities

Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data
