The Boeing Company is looking for Systems Engineers to join our team in Everett, WA or Seattle, WA.

In this position you will pair your experience in Systems Engineering and problem-solving with partner organizations to enable new products to succeed throughout all stages of development. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Senior, Consultant, and Principal level System Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Identify, collaborate with and guide a wide range of subject-matter experts and customers to provide timely Systems Engineering support and solutions
  • Oversee RFLP (requirements, functional, logical and physical) development and analysis, systems modeling within CAMEO, Verification and Validation analysis
  • Condense results and lessons learned into actionable guidance that can be applied across the company via Design Practices and other documentation; enabling implementation of this guidance across the company
  • Work with customers to listen and offer guidance for how to address challenges; leading and supporting execution of solutions
  • Mentor less experienced engineers

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes , lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle of aerospace products
  • Experience in Systems Thinking and Theory of Constraints
  • Experience working within an Agile environment as well as modeling with CAMEO
  • Experience in Software Engineering and product lifecycle as well as data visualization skills
  • Exceptional written, listening and verbal skills

Typical Education/Experience:

Senior (Level 4)

Bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' experience in an engineering classification.

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Consultant (Level 5)

Bachelor's degree typically 14 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 12 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years' experience in an engineering classification.

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Principal (Level 6)

Bachelor's degree and typically 20 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 18 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 15 or more years' experience in an engineering classification.

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Relocation:
