Tax Preparer I - Bilingual English/spanish - Seasonal/temporary

Documents review and preparation; Business License; Translation of documents and/or Interpreting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Data entry through collective data from client

Interview clients by using MULTISERVICIOS’ preferred tax software

Assist and/or work with clients on service needed

Assist and/or work with Administrator and/or assigned staff

Answer telephone

Schedule Appointments

Filing through scanning

Assist in organization of office

Operates and maintains office and office equipment

Clerical duties as needed

Any other job-related duties.

QUALIFICATION:

Bi-lingual, Spanish/English, besides speaking fluently, needs to be efficient in reading and writing.

At least with some College Education

Knowledge of Microsoft 365

Adaptability of changes
