Team Lead- B Shift

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY/SUPPORT:To serve as a member of the ITW Medical team in producing class II medical devices for distribution to our customers worldwide.To ensure every device is completed according to all Manufacturing Instructions and Operating Procedures.To practice and encourage courtesy and helpfulness among all team members.To become fully trained in all areas of the work that is performed in specific production area.Ensure compliance to all safety programs and applicable OSHA standards.Perform required housekeeping and organizing.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To learn the specific duties required as a Team Lead:Communicate goals and deadlines to team members.Execute performance reviews for production associates at the defined timeframes.Create a productive work environment by planning and implementing operating procedures, meeting production schedules, and delegating tasks.Assist training employees.Assist with the daily operation of the organization.Complete all payroll and attendance requirements within the allowed timeframe.Execute appropriate disciplanary actions through company policies.
