Requirement:

Solution and Service:
  • Create design options for feature areas with ServiceNow
  • Find new sources and methods to generate caregiver/partner insights
  • Define problems and questions
  • Identify needed data and missing research
  • Identify possible approaches and attributes to make the solution distinct and appealing to the caregiver
  • Solution and Service Design of feature area specifications:
  • Create, evolve, and communicate feature area specifications that form cohesive, Iterable plans that align to the multi-year vision
  • Applies experience as well as technical, functional, and caregiver/partner knowledge to define the feature area’s role within the multi-year solution/service vision
  • Demonstrates a strategic understanding of the timing and rationale for design choices for a feature area
  • Caregiver lifecycle:
  • Drives the process to develop tools and materials that will be used by caregiver support, marketing, or sales to drive education and adoption
  • Drives the content development process, with stakeholders, to ensure alignment to overall content strategy and placement where, when, and how it is needed
  • Engineering lifecycle:
  • Uses an understanding of the engineering lifecycle and previous SDLC experiences to advocate for improvements
  • Participates in design, code, and test planning and reviews, and shares best practices across the team
  • Identifies feature-level dependencies and establishes milestone release criteria to manage them
  • Comfortable leading and managing approaches using agile methodology and ceremonies
  • Solution and Service ownership:
  • Has a sense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality, completeness, and resulting user experience for the life of the solution/service
  • Identifies unaddressed issues and resolves, escalates, or finds the appropriate owner to ensure the highest level of quality
  • Uses the solution/service regularly to understand it thoroughly and discover ways to improve it
  • Program Management functions:
  • Proactively manages business partner expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the project/program lifecycle
  • Develops and gains sponsor approval for project delivery timelines
  • Manage portfolio programs with low/medium/high complexity, strategic priority and/or visibility, system and/or regional priority
  • Engages and organizes the assignment of activities of multi-functional teams, as well as the project estimates, task dependencies and schedule
  • Scope, risk, and issue management, including documenting, communicating, and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans
  • Responsible for program communications, including communications across internal and external teams and groups

Engage and Collaborate:
  • Fosters healthy working relationships with all business, Engineering and IT functions affected by the Admin Tech and HR ServiceNow including internal and external partners, and vendors
  • Leadership:
  • Acts as a coach and mentor to less experienced team members

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a combination of equivalent education/experience
  • Strong program and project level experience leading ServiceNow implementations with an emphasis on solution delivery through configurations, integrations, and customizations.
  • 5+ years Program and Project relatable experience

TPM Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience and knowledge with ServiceNow and specifically with the HR Service Delivery product.
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology including tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
  • Healthcare and HR experience preferred
