You will work directly with builders and leadership across the Amazon Health Services (AHS) businesses and Security, as well as subject matter experts in Legal, Privacy and Compliance.The right person will have experience:-Delivering highly calibrated technical writing and documentation to a wide audience.-Managing complex security or compliance programs from start to finish-Independently leading cross-functional projects with disparate stakeholders, effectively balancing priorities and making smart trade-offs.-Delivering strategy and business review communications at the executive level and guiding discussion around them.-Evaluating potential risks and how to address them; be able to deliver high priority projects-Prioritizing mitigation efforts using risk management concepts.A day in the lifeThis position within the Healthcare Security organization represents a rare opportunity to get in with a fast-growing Amazon Healthcare business. This high visibility role will require Senior Executive communication and influencing while working with stakeholders across multiple organizations. You will be determining program enhancements required to scale the business and security. You will regularly deep dive issues to determine the root cause and partner with stakeholders for resolution, including the right stakeholders as needed. This role has regular interaction with various business units across Amazon and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
2+ years of software development experience
3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
Experience in technical product or program management
2+ years working with Privacy and Compliance teams, 2+ years working knowledge of healthcare services and demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA, SOC and HITRUST
