What You Will Do
  • Serve as a key Technology and Engineering recruiter servicing positions for one of our key client is the Greater Seattle Area.
  • Pro-actively identify and submit qualified candidates using internal databases, Job Boards, and LinkedIn for positions with the required qualifications (education, experience, skills, industry, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement plans for sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and other stakeholders as appropriate on pipeline development and progress of candidates
  • Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, from assessing candidate qualifications to negotiating offers and managing pre-employment requirements and onboarding
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and key industry contacts
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by continually refining sourcing strategies and using social media
  • Creates clear and concise oral and written communications
  • Master the use of recruiting tools and technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc.) to remain at the forefront of talent acquisition
  • Share competitive market intelligence with hiring managers and recruiting team

What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3-4 year’s work experience as a Technical Recruiter in Greater Seattle Area
  • Experience working both with MSP & SOW positions
  • Strong customer focus and effective use of consultative approach with internal clients
  • Core knowledge of recruitment/hiring laws and practices
  • Require only local candidates or who can relocate to Greater Seattle Area.
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Must have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • In-depth understanding of Seattle Job market, strong relationship with local talent and vendor ecosystem
  • Willingness to work in an office in hybrid model
