Location: Everett, WA, - Onsite Description:If you are a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in team development and addressing complex scaling factors and variations, and are passionate about delivering cutting-edge products, we have the perfect job for you!We are seeking a strong Senior Scrum Master to work with our teams of highly skilled and experienced Scrum Masters, software engineers and developers and to assist in the delivery of the best software solutions to the marketplace.Senior Scrum Master Duties and Responsibilities• Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, eXtreme Programming, Scrum@Scale, etc.• Provide support to the teams and organization using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.• Embrace the spirit of continuous process improvement and apply improvements as needed.• Guide teams and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum ceremonies, practices and values to delight customers.• Remove impediments or facilitate the removal of impediments at the team or organizational level.• Assess the maturity of teams and the organization as it relates to Scrum and coach teams to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.• Guide and coach teams towards self-organization and self-management.• Promote Scrum events that are positive and productive while remaining within the events' timebox.• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised while placing an emphasis on problem-solving.• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information including the identification and reporting of key KPIs and overall progress and success.• Lead, train, coach, and assist the organization in its Agile Transformation and adoption of Scrum.• Plan, advise, and assist in Agile/Scrum adoption throughout the organization.• Help teams, stakeholders, and leaders understand and work in complex environments.• Remove barriers between teams and stakeholders; facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.Senior Scrum Master Required Skills and Experience• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least five years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.• Experience serving the organization to achieve agility; previous experience undergoing an Agile Transformation is preferred.• Experience in a Scaled Agile environment, i.e., Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe, etc.• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, etc.).• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field• Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP-SM)• Experience with Agile practices, patterns and techniques• Experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, etc. Thanks & Regards, NayakTechnical US IT RecruiterDCM Infotech Ltd39159 Paseo Padre Pky, Suite 303, Fremont, CA 94538516 -789-5700 (C)/ | www.dcminfotech.comAutomation | AI & ML | Cloud| Managed Services- ID: #41163038
