Location: Auburn, WA

Join A Advanced Septic & Construction is looking for a Topman to join our Civil Construction crew to work on septic, storm, sewer, and drainage projects. They assist with various tasks related to septic system and sewer line installation and maintenance, including excavation, demolition, and operating equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating tools like saws and compactors, and ensuring accurate grade and slope settings for proper drainage.

What You’ll Do

- Work safely on active job sites assisting with demolition, excavation, and septic/sewer installs

- Operate saws, compactors, pumps, and laser levels

- Set grades, slopes, string lines, and plumb bobs accurately

- Work around trench boxes, shoring, and steel plates

- Keep job sites clean and organized

- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance

- Load/unload heavy equipment safely

- Report progress and issues to supervisors

- Train and support new laborers

- Follow OSHA and company safety policies

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with 3 years verifiable driving experience (occasional driving may be required)

- Pass background check and drug screening

- Able to lift heavy materials and work in all weather

- Strong work ethic and team attitude

Preferred

- 2+ years civil construction experience (septic, storm, sewer preferred)
