Towing Dispatch Call Takers

We're seeking dependable call takers to join our dispatch team who can work flexible schedules that include evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you're organized, calm under pressure, and skilled at working with people, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

-Answer calls on multi-line phones from customers and law enforcement

-Gather accurate information and enter calls into dispatch software

-Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and other dispatch team members

Requirements:

-Flexible Availability (evenings/swing/weekends/holidays)

-Strong Communication and computer skills

-Experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person
