You’ll also help with the building and deployment of occasional one-off, ad-hoc email requests that the team receives. The individual in this role will work with various teams across EA marketing, technology, and studio organizations.

About the Team

We’re EA’s Marketing, Commercial, and Positive Play Organization (MCP). Our teams build meaningful relationships with hundreds of millions of players around the world who love our games. Our teams develop the strategic vision of our games; execute multi-channel campaigns; build global engagement; develop global insights; and we accelerate sales and publishing efforts worldwide. • Manage the asset and copy delivery with the localization team.
  • Manage updates to email content, template, and trigger configurations within our email service provider.
  • Work closely with other teams to align on execution of template and content requests.
  • Work with our in-house data team regarding updates and modifications to the API calls used to trigger the transactional emails.
  • Manage requests and work with teams that require the occasional ad-hoc email to be sent out.
  • Build, proof, and deploy ad-hoc email requests.
  • Update and maintain process documentation and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems in a highly visible environment.
  • Consistently identify opportunities to scale and refine tools and processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects among a wide range of internal stakeholders, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience navigating complex operational processes.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to clearly articulate vision and implement plans.
  • Investigative, problem-solving mindset and a strong eye for detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable with data.
  • Comfortable with change: ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity.
