Mandatory

Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g.,
interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, etc.),
Human-Computer Interactions (HCI) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of relevant work experience.
Problem-solving, critical-thinking skills. Interaction & visual design skills,
knowledge of the user-centered design process & design tools.
Experience with designing for enterprise and/or developer tools
