- Primary skills: Avaya L2

- 3+ years’ experience in handling Avaya & Nortel Communication Infrastructure including Media Servers, Modular Messaging, CMS, Media Gateways etc.
- 6+ years of total Network Voice experience required, preferably Legacy
- Previous onsite experience preferred
- Understanding of the following product categories: SIP Proxy Server, Session, Border Controller
- Protocol experience including H.323, MEGACO, MGoogle Cloud Platform, SIP
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and implementing PBX features, Call Center Feature
- Skills on Voice administration, Voice Mail, ISDN PRI's, VoIP, TDM etc
- Basic knowledge of Firewalls, QoS, NAT, VLAN, DNS, routing, IP addressing
- Familiarity with basic Networking like router, switches
- Experience with call recording technology preferred
- Avaya ACSA, ACSS Certifications preferred, Nortel.
