Weekend caregivers and medtechs needed

Are you a compassionate, patient, organized person who is passionate about helping others and making a difference? The Cottages at Marysville is a Memory Care assisted living community that is looking to add members to our team.

We are hiring caregivers and MedTech's for weekends- doubles, 7am-11pm available! We offer a competitive pay, training, and a supportive/fun environment!

Job duties:

Assist Residents with bathing, grooming, and toileting, eating, walking, dressing etc.

Provide reminders/redirection

Help Residents to do tasks that he or she cannot do alone

Provide companionship/activities /conversation

Cleaning

Organizing

Considerations:

Must have a positive, team-orientated attitude!

Be able to physically lift, bend, stretch and pull a person.

Be able to pass a criminal background check.

Be eager to learn and take direction.

Be able to obtain a HCA or NAC, along with other training within 4 months of hire

Must respect our resident's autonomy, independence, and dignity.
