As a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, your code is held to a high-standard and you are expected to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies.In this role, you will lead creation of product launch artifacts. You will be responsible for managing marketing resources such as first call decks, trainings and documentation. You will communicate with multiple stakeholders and customers on upcoming product launches and notify them of changes needed to artifacts owned by them.A successful candidate in this role must have a propensity to dive deep into data, make connections and draw conclusions. The candidate must be a self- starter with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, and have the capacity to build strong cross-group working relationships.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· 2 years of experience managing communication across teams· Experience designing marketing assets such as first call decks· Strong communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Experience creating go-to-market strategies for accelerating growth· Effective verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations· Self-motivated, action-oriented individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through· Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering programs to support and grow a businessAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
