Pay: $24–$26 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Early Start

We are seeking a Mid-Level Inventory Manager to join our warehouse operations team. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Position Overview:

The Inventory Manager will oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations, supervising a team of 3–4 employees. This position is hands-on and involves managing inbound and outbound freight, maintaining accurate inventory levels, assembling customer orders, and working alongside the team to ensure efficient and organized workflow.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory or lead experience, is highly organized, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and leads by example. Food industry experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

Maintain accurate inventory levels for chilled, frozen, and dry goods

Oversee receiving, storage, rotation, and shipping of all products

Supervise inbound and outbound freight to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Assemble customer orders and check for accuracy prior to dispatch

Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits

Ensure all products are properly labeled, tracked, and stored

Team Supervision

Lead a team of 3–4 warehouse staff

Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity

Train and mentor employees on warehouse procedures and best practices

Promote a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Lead by example with strong work ethic and professionalism

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, food-handling guidelines, and safety standards

Maintain organization and cleanliness in warehouse, cooler, and freezer areas

Follow temperature control procedures for chilled and frozen products

Qualifications

Required:

-1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or similar environment

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to work in chilled/freezer environments regularly

-Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed

-Reliable, punctual, and able to work an early shift

-Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

-Experience working with food products

-Inventory management experience

-Familiarity with warehouse software or ERP systems

Work Environment:

This position works daily in warehouse, cooler, and freezer environments alongside the team. Early morning shifts are required.
