Part-time or Full-time (Seasonal with opportunity for advancement)
We’re looking for a reliable and coachable Beginning Window Cleaner to assist our lead Window Cleaning Associate in providing high-quality exterior window cleaning services. This is an entry-level, physically active position focused on learning the trade, supporting the lead technician, and developing skills for future advancement.
Responsibilities:
Support the lead cleaner by setting up and packing down ladders, hoses, DI tanks, hoses and other cleaning equipment
Pre-scrub windows using water-fed poles, mops, or towels as directed
Assist with window screen removal, rinsing, and remounting
Organize tools and supplies in the work vehicle and on-site
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
Communicate respectfully with customers and follow team instructions
Perform occasional gutter cleaning, pressure washing prep, or other light exterior cleaning tasks
Requirements:
Able to lift 40+ lbs and work on feet for 6–8 hours
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn
No experience required – training provided
Must have transportation to and from the daily meeting location
Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions from the lead technician
Work Environment:
You’ll be working on residential properties throughout the Tri-Cities area. The work is physically demanding but rewarding, with clear opportunities to earn more responsibility and higher pay over time.
Advancement Path:
This is a helper role with a built-in path toward becoming a Window Cleaning Associate, earning higher pay and taking the lead on jobs after demonstrating reliability and skill.
